Teresa Pollock
Teresa joined Health Legal as a solicitor in mid 2010.
In March 2010 Teresa graduated with a Bachelor of Law
with Honours from La Trobe University and subsequently
attained her Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice later that year.
Since joining Health Legal, Teresa has been involved in litigation
matters before the Supreme Court of Victoria and assisted with
coronial inquests before the Coroner’s Court of Victoria. She
has assisted in advising on medico-legal issues and in the drafting
of commercial documents for Health Services.
Teresa has a particular interest in commercial law, litigation,
e-Health and medico-legal issues.
