Simon Cooke is a solicitor with particular experience and interest in medicolegal issues, consent, privacy and mental health issues.

Simon has assisted and advised health clients in connection with a variety of disciplinary complaints as well as at inquest. Simon has also prepared and advised on many service and relationship agreements. His commercial experience includes advising on clinical trials, amalgamations of services and transfers of programs. Simon provides taxation advice to community health centres, divisions of general practice and other health related entities.
