David Ruschena is a solicitor who has advised the mental health, hospital and aged care sectors. David has, amongst other things, prepared aged care agreements, advised on the requirements of numerous health related Acts of Parliament (including the Health Services Act, the Aged Care Act, the Guardianship and Administration Act, the Privacy Act, the Health Records Act, and the Children and Young Persons Act).

David also has extensive litigation and court experience, involving advocacy, preparation of cases for trial and representing hospitals and their staff at coronial inquests. David was previously an Associate to a Judge of the Federal Court of Australia.
